After every call, the agent reads the transcript, generates a structured summary, proposes tasks with priorities based on what was discussed, and routes them to the right people in ClickUp. The manager on the call confirms with one click. Nothing gets lost, nothing gets manually typed.
Claude Desktop Skills per Client
Each client has a dedicated knowledge repository: strategy, tone of voice, content rules, campaign history. Custom Claude Desktop skills built around each client role — strategy, content planning, campaign analysis. What used to take a month now takes a week.
