The Challenge
Matcha Si serves B2B clients across Serbia — cafes, restaurants, resellers — with client-specific pricing, delivery thresholds, and payment terms. Alongside wholesale, they manage B2C orders, inbound partnership requests, and multi-channel inventory. All of it ran manually across email, Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.

What We Built
A complete operational platform across four areas: a self-serve B2B ordering portal, client and order management, the automation engine that runs them, and real-time financial dashboards, all connected to Shopify, Telegram, and the team’s existing tools.

Each wholesale partner gets a personal portal with their own pricing tier, delivery thresholds, and full order and invoice history. They place orders independently: no WhatsApp, no back-and-forth.

Automation
The engine behind it all. A new order fires a one-tap approval to Telegram; approval auto-generates the Serbian invoice and emails it. Reorder reminders go out when a partner goes quiet, and B2C orders from the Telegram channel are parsed in automatically.
